BORNER Growth Intelligence
A private reporting integration that lets authorized BORNER organizations connect Google services and review marketing, content and commercial performance inside Odoo.
What the application does
BORNER Growth Intelligence consolidates authorized aggregate reporting from Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, YouTube and YouTube Analytics. The information is displayed in BORNER Control and Odoo so an authorized user can understand acquisition, content performance and business attribution.
The application is not a public analytics product and does not grant access to BORNER databases merely by signing in with Google. Access also depends on the organization, company, Odoo permissions and active connection configured by BORNER.
Current purpose
- Read aggregate website and search performance.
- Review advertising, tag and video reporting.
- Relate external performance to authorized Odoo lifecycle events.
- Generate operational alerts and period comparisons.
Google services and data used
Analytics and Search
Properties, data streams, sessions, users, engagement, events, pages, channels and aggregate geographic or device dimensions; verified sites, queries, pages, clicks, impressions, position, country and device reports.
Advertising and Tag Manager
Authorized accounts, campaigns, spend, impressions, clicks, conversion reporting, landing destinations, accounts, containers and related configuration metadata used for diagnosis and measurement.
YouTube
Authorized channel and video identifiers, views, watch time, subscribers and aggregate performance reports required to evaluate BORNER content.
Minimum necessary access
The integration requests only the Google scopes required by its active reporting capabilities. A Google authorization does not override BORNER or Odoo access controls.
Security, storage and control
Control Tower executes the connection to Google. OAuth credentials and renewal tokens are protected in BORNER's credential vault; Odoo stores the connection reference, status and sanitized business results rather than exposing the credential to end users.
Google data is used to provide the requested reporting and attribution functions. BORNER does not sell Google user data or use it for independent third-party advertising.
Disconnect or request deletion
An authorized user can revoke BORNER Growth Intelligence from the Google Account permissions page and may request disconnection or deletion by contacting [email protected]. Legal, accounting, security or contractual records that must be retained may remain restricted for the applicable period.
